Melissa Legge is a Registered Social Worker with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW) and has been supporting individuals and couples on their healing journeys since 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) earned in 2015 and a Master of Social Work (MSW) completed in 2024, with a clinical specialization in Trauma-Informed Care.
Melissa is known for her warm, empathetic, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. She works with individuals and couples, offering a holistic, client-centred space where people feel safe, heard, and supported. Her practice thoughtfully integrates mindfulness-based therapy to help clients build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience.
Melissa specializes in individual and couples counselling, supporting clients through life transitions, relationship challenges, stress and burnout, perfectionism, self-esteem concerns, and inner child work. She is especially passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
